We had Magna Windows back to do a second install for us. This time, 7 upstairs windows. All the staff were professional and courteous and the whole experience was trouble free. In particular Aaron, Tom and Jamie worked very hard and are a credit to the company. The windows are very smart and once again we are glad we chose Magna Windows.

We shortlisted 3 local companies with good reviews and visited them all and they all came round for servers. To be honest Magna were the slightly more expensive, but we could see the better quality windows (metal reinforced) and there was a better feel from the company - we dealt with Will mainly but everyone was good. They were helpful and we felt we knew where the extra money was going, so felt we getting what we were paying for. We had a whole house replacement of all the windows and a bifold rear patio door, so it was a big and important investment to get right. Process was smooth and they kept us informed. I have used Magna Windows on two occasions for replacement windows. They are professional in all aspects of the work, from estimating to installation and contact with their office. The installers took great care to ensure everything was protected and cleaned after they had finished. I've recommended them to others in the past and will continue to do so.
